Call to Action USA

So I would like to know people’s thoughts.  I know everyone in our government always talks about reducing costs,  but nothing happens. I personally think they are not targeting the right places. So we all know that food is not taxed because it is needed to live.  So in this world we all need a place to live and one or two cars to get to our work.  I would call these necessities. So my way of thinking is first you should not have to pay sales tax on the first 2 cars. Then I would go so far to say that the interest should be limited to 1% for the 2 cars and also your mortgage on your primary place you live. This would make it more affordable for everyone to have the things they need.
